i'm in london this week for meetings. many meetings. but it also gave me a chance to see my friend Rahsaan, who i haven't seen in over a year. he's finishing up grad school -- poly science -- with a view to be a professor at a university... somewhere. it was great to catch up with him over a nice curry dinner. the weather here is nice -- too nice. numerous reports on global warming on imminent, seemingly, with the craziness going on this year. it is certainly being talked about here on the BBC. see my post of a few weeks ago re: Al Gore's "An Inconvenient Truth"
